I accept the following terms:

I will receive confirmation once order and donation are received

My order is subject to availability

There are no donation refunds and shtick may not be used outdoors

Shtick must be returned within 36 hours of pickup unless arranged in advance

Shtick returned late, incomplete, damaged, wet or without original bag subject to a $100 fee

Lost shtick and torn parachute used by more than 4 people subject to a minimum $200 fee
